How does Two Factor Authentication (2FA) work with Google Authenticator?

2FA provides heightened security for your account. Google Authenticator is an industry leading 2FA solution, and is considered more secure than many other 2FA solutions that use SMS or email to send codes.


Here’s how to set it up:

  1. Download Google Authenticator:
    Google Authenticator is available from your phone’s app store or online from Google Play.

  2. Login to ForUsAll:
    Login to the Employee Portal using your username and password.

  3. Initial Setup for 2FA:
    After entering your user name and password, you will see the 2FA setup screen.
    Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
  1. ~You will see a QR code.
  2. ~Open your Authenticator app on your phone and scan the QR code on the screen.
  3. ~This creates the ForUsAll Employee Portal entry in Authenticator.
  4. ~Then the Authenticator app will generate a code on your phone and you enter that into the 2FA entry screen on ForUsAll.

Use Authenticator each time you login. Each time you log in thereafter, after you enter your password, you will be asked to enter your Authenticator code to login.

If you lose access to your Google Authenticator app or phone, you will need to contact ForUsAll at 1-844-401-cake and speak with a customer service rep to reset your 2FA.
